LumiVow Privacy Policy

LumiVow (念念) is designed as a private, on-device manifestation journal and reflection companion.

Data we collect

The developer does not collect, sell, or use personal data for tracking or advertising. LumiVow does not require an account and does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Journal entries, intentions, preferences, activity history, and widget snapshots are stored on the user’s device. A limited snapshot is shared between the app and its widget through Apple’s App Group storage on that device.

Microphone and speech recognition

If the user chooses voice input for a 369 journal entry, the app requests microphone and speech-recognition access. Audio and transcription may be processed by Apple’s operating-system services according to the user’s device settings and Apple’s policies. LumiVow does not send this content to a developer-operated server.

In-app purchases

Optional gratitude tips are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer receives purchase and financial information made available by Apple, but does not directly receive the user’s full payment-card details.

Retention and deletion

On-device content remains until the user resets the app’s data or deletes the app. Users can manage microphone and speech-recognition permissions in iOS Settings.

Children

LumiVow is not directed to children under the minimum age required in the user’s region, and the developer does not knowingly collect children’s personal data.
